]]> On March 31, 2019, I walked around the National Mall in Washington D.C. and visited the cherry blossoms in the Tidal Basin. This was one day before the predicted peak bloom this year when 70% of the blossoms of the Yoshino cherry trees that surround the Tidal Basin are open. I also went inside the West Building of the National Gallery of Art, the Archives of American Art Lawrence A. Fleischman Gallery, and the National Portrait Gallery. ]]> So in case you were not yet aware, I have recently moved out to the Washington D.C. area upon completing my masters degree in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. I am now living in Northern Virginia (specifically Rosslyn, Virginia, which is in Arlington County). I am now working for a company called Ellumen, Inc. in the Rosslyn area.
